Microsoft is, of course, the basic
resource for Windows information. Since their site changes quite frequently, you may not
always find things where they were the last time you entered. In that case,
start at the home page and search for what you want.

Online is the place to research problems you are having with Windows.

folks interested in technical support of Windows.

CD Online has tons of support info including a number of
Resource Kits. Unfortunately, these links will only take you to the
first page of each reference. You will have to manually navigate in
the contents to find the rest until the site is fixed.
